EXCITING: TAMANNAAH TO REPLACE NAYANTHARA
In November 2016, there was an announcement of Nayanthara's next film, Kolaiyuthir Kaalam. It is touted to be a murder drama which is directed by Chakri Toleti of Billa 2 and Unnaipol Oruvan fame.
Now the latest buzz is that this movie which has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja will be remade in Hindi by the same director and the gorgeous Tamannaah will be reprising Nayanthara's role. The Tamil version's filming has not been completed yet, and the film is expected to come out in late 2017.

Another exciting addition to this news is that Prabhu Deva will play the negative character in the Hindi version. This will be the second time collaboration of Tamannaah and Prabhu Deva after Devi(L).
BAAHUBALI 2 TRAILER REVIEW - VISUALLY AND EMOTIONALLY SPELL-BINDING!
The first edition of SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali gave us some great entertainment of the highest order. It is almost a couple of years now since the release of Baahubali 1 which went on to become the highest collecting South Indian film (It still is the highest). This two mins twenty second long trailer opens with an emotional dialogue narrated by ‘Amarendra Baahubali’ (Father Prabhas). Then you could find a 20 seconds recap of Baahubali 1st part that is shown in gray scale. The trailer starts off in a slow fashion and gets exciting as it goes. If you are a fan of Baahubali 1, you are just going to watch this video in amazement. It has everything, some great visuals, actions and uplifting music.

There is the enchanting Anushka. Looks like she is a warrior woman too and there are some romantic moments between the lead pair. There is a powerful action block between Prabhas and Rana and there is that curiosity building dialogue where the elder Baahubali states that as long as Kattappa is besides him, there is no man born as yet to kill him. This perhaps is the key to the question - Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali?
We are just 40 days away from witnessing this brobdingnagian project on the silver screen. Just hold your breath and wait for the film!

JUST IN: OFFICIAL WORD ON THE FIRST LOOK OF AR MURUGADOSS’ NEXT!
As we all know, AR Murugadoss’ next would be a Telugu/Tamil bilingual starring Mahesh Babu in the lead role. This untitled film is scheduled to release on the 22nd June 2017. The title and first look poster of the film were initially speculated to release on the 10th March but no official announcement was made by the team.
Now, finally we have some official word from Mahesh Babu himself. The actor who attended an event today met the press where he had revealed that the first look might be released for Ugadi which falls on the 29th of March. The title of the film is also expected to be announced along with the first look.
On the other hand, Mahesh Babu’s 24th film, the one after ARM’s, would be directed by Koratala Siva. Apparently DSP and Koratala have already started work on the tunes for this project which is all set to go on floors very soon.
